Orders
Cut off for next day delivery is 4pm. If order is processed after 4pm, it will be considered an order for the following day.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our absolute discretion. A full refund will be given upon our cancellation via the payment method used.
If ordering over the phone, full payment must be made upon order, the same conditions apply as online orders.

Delivery
Please note we deliver Monday to Saturday between 8:30am and 6:30pm. We will do our best to deliver on the date chosen through the website however this cannot be guaranteed. We cannot confirm an exact time for delivery. If a certain time is requested, we will do our best to deliver as close as possible however this cannot be guaranteed.
We have the authority to leave flowers at or near the front door or in a place we deem safe to do so. If there is no safe place to leave the flowers, we will make contact with the recipient and/ or the sender to arrange either a re-delivery or pick up option. A re-delivery fee may be charged to the sender depending on circumstances at our discretion. It is the sender's responsibility to ensure all contact and delivery information is correct. If information is incorrect and delivery is unsuccessful, you (sender) will be contacted to discuss re-delivery or pick up options. If we are unable to make contact, we are not able to re-deliver, replace or refund the product.

Product
Images of bouquets are examples only. Flowers can be substituted due to seasonal availability and supply availability. Specific flower requests cannot be guaranteed. 
As perishables, flowers lifespan can vary depending on flower variety, season, environment and care. In general, flowers can last between 4 and 7 days if cared for correctly. Flowers must be kept out of the sun, away from direct heat or air conditioning.  Upon receiving flowers, trim the ends and put into a clean vase full of fresh water as soon as possible. Refill fresh water daily and trim ends frequently. If you feel your flowers have not lasted as they should, email us with a photo with 3 days of purchase or delivery. Replacements or refunds will only be made at our discretion. 

Cancellations
If you request a cancellation, we need a minimum of 2 days' notice prior to delivery date for full refund, unless it is a special order and product is already under preparation or cannot be re-sold. If under the required time needed for cancellation of order, we will only refund if we haven't started preparation.
